"People Finally Show Up"
More people actually take part now, which is shocking in the best way. I guess miracles do happen. It feels way more active and engaging than before, so that’s been a nice change.

It works fine with our tools, so I can’t really complain too much. I was just a little disappointed because I expected it to feel smoother or be more impressive overall.

Blink has made our daily workflows way less messy. We used to have so many manual steps and little follow-ups, but setup was easy and now things literally keep moving without me having to chase everyone down...

"User management was more frustrating than I expected"
The admin side ended up being harder to deal with than I thought it would be. Simple things like adding new users or changing someone’s permissions took more clicks than felt necessary, and a few of the settings were in places I would not have thought to look. We had a couple people stuck with the wrong access for a bit, and fixing it was more annoying than it should have been. Support was okay when we needed help, so it was not a total disaster, but for a paid tool, the whole user management area just feels kind of messy and not very intuitive...

"Decent analytics, but the reports feel clunky"
It does the job for basic analytics, and I can usually find what I need. The reports are a bit clunky though, and I wish the analytics went deeper. It’s better than some other tools I’ve used, but...

"Works Most of the Time"
It works well most days, so I can’t complain too much. I just get a little nervous when something does go wrong because I don’t really trust customer service to be helpful or straightforward. As long as it keeps running smoothly, I’m fine with it.

I’ve been using it for sharing updates, it feels easy to get the hang of. The news feed is simple, quick to scroll through, and doesn’t feel overwhelming, which is reassuring when you just want something that works without a lot of fuss

"Pretty straightforward to use"
I had a good experience using joinblink.com. To me, it felt really simple and easy to navigate, which I always appreciate because I don’t like spending extra time trying to figure out where things are. Everything seemed clear, worked the way I expected, and didn’t feel confusing. It’s one of those sites that just lets you get things done without making it a whole process.

"Support was quick and helpful"
I had a small issue getting things set up on joinblink.com, so I reached out to support. I can’t say if this is everyone’s experience, but for me they replied quickly and didn’t just send some generic copy-paste answer. They actually helped me figure it out, and it was sorted the same day. Happy with it overall.

"Good value for the price"
I was expecting Blink to cost more, so I was pleasantly surprised when it ended up being cheaper. Since it still does what I need, I feel like it’s a solid deal for the price

one thing I really appreciate about Blink is that my data doesn’t feel locked away. Exporting what I need is straightforward, and it makes it easy for our team to keep our own records when we need to. That’s been a big deal for us.

"Pretty good, though the translations could be better"
I’ve been using the app in a couple of different languages, and overall it works fine. Maybe I’m being a bit picky because I switch languages a lot, but some of the translations sound kind of awkward, and a few buttons still show up in English. I did reach out to support and they got back to me, though it took a little longer than I hoped. Not a bad app at all, just needs a bit of polish.

Overall, they’ve been good to work with. Things have mostly gone smoothly, and when there were a few little hiccups, nothing felt like a huge deal. I mean, no vendor is perfect, but they’ve been easy to communicate with and generally reliable, so I’d say it’s been a positive experience

"Pretty Smooth Onboarding Overall"
Getting set up with Blink was smooth for our team. The setup calls Definitely helped, and most people were able to figure things out without too much hassle. Adoption did take a little longer than we expected though, a few staff needed reminders to actually use it every day. After a few weeks, it started to feel like part of the normal routine. Overall, we’re happy with it, I just wish the first steps were a little clearer for the less techy folks.
